Hey guys! Happy Sunday! This is my interpretation Hey guys! Happy Sunday! This is my interpretation of Mimi’s current drawing challenge. The idea is to draw Mimi’s illustration (swipe to see her original illustration) in my own “style” (whatever that is!)
.
To draw the little friend enjoying his drink was a real challenge for me. I am not used to draw bodies especially at angles so it took a while. But somehow I made it!
.
Anyway, I am very happy with the whole scene and I feel very proud of my progress. Hope you like it too.

Hey guys! Happy Sunday! This is my interpretation Hey guys! Happy Sunday! This is my interpretation of Mimi’s Illustration Club for the May prompt “A Cute Party”.
.
It took me 11 hours to finish this illustration because it contains lots of small drawings. Each of these has several layers of texture applied to such an extent that I ended up running out of layers and having to join some of them together.
.
Anyway, I learn a lot by practising and I am very proud of it. Hope you like it.

Hey guys! Happy Thursday! Well this illustration w Hey guys! Happy Thursday! Well this illustration was somehow quite random. I knew I wanted to draw a crocodile (don’t ask me why, cause I don’t know!). My husband had shown me some weeks ago the IG profile of @artbycleopatra and her lovely #thecoffeebesties so I have tried to make my own version of her lovely illustrations. I hope she doesn’t mind!
.
So this crocodile and this bird are “coffee besties” now and I love the result. It took me a while to finish it as the sketching phase for me is always very complicated as I have never drawn a crocodile before.
.
Anyway, I hope you like it. Take care.

Hey guys! Happy Sunday! This is my interpretation Hey guys! Happy Sunday! This is my interpretation of Mimi’s Illustration Club for the April prompt “Shopping List”.
.
This one has been quite challenging and I am not 100% happy with it. It looks quite flat but I still have to learn how to play with perspectives. However, I like the little rat who is buying cheese, the overall vibes and the colours.
.
Anyway, it is frustrating when you try to draw something and you don’t know how to do it. However I am learning by doing, as they say. Anyway, I am very pleased with my slow progress. Hope you like it.

Hey guys! Happy Thursday! This is my interpretatio Hey guys! Happy Thursday! This is my interpretation of Mimi’s Illustration Club for the March prompt “In the Sky”.
.
This one is one of my favourite illustrations I have lately drawn. The colours, as well as the little birds and the penguin, just make me smile. And I am also very pleased with the trees and the buildings…

Hey guys! Happy Sunday! Weather in Hamburg has bee Hey guys! Happy Sunday! Weather in Hamburg has been more like Winter than Spring, so I cannot wait for warmer weather to finally arrive.

This little composition is full of good, summery vibes. Two little friends meet in the forest and start talking about the warm weather because the sun in shining in full power.

Anyway, I will keep on dreaming.

Hey guys! Yet another illustration. This one I mad Hey guys! Yet another illustration. This one I made some months ago when I started experimenting with textures and layering elements in a composition.
.
I like the vibes it transmits as every single element in the scene looks happy. This feeling is complemented, in my opinion, by the cheerful colour palette.
.
Anyway, I hope you like it.

Hey guys! This is my interpretation of Mimi’s Il Hey guys! This is my interpretation of Mimi’s Illustration Club for the February prompt “Favourite Habits”.
.
I’m sure you know I like yoga, and that yoga saved my life during the pandemic, so I decided to draw a cute kitty practicing yoga, and some other small, funny animals watching him.
.
I am completely in love with the result. I am very happy with the textures (again, I feel I am more and more comfortable adding and layering them) and I love the colours. I think they add some calmness and serenity to the whole scene.
.
Anyway, I hope you like it.

Happy Easter! . I am very proud of this illustrat Happy Easter!
.
I am very proud of this illustration as I have created it myself from scratch, without any prompts. @danielbrylka has helped me with the “hidden eggs” idea but the rest has all come out of my poor, crazy head.
.
Layering the textures is getting easier and easier and I think I am slowly finding the way I like to draw (am I possibly finding my own style? Who knows!!). The only problem? The number of layers I am using is insane…
.
Right now I am enjoying using this color palette and adding details to the illustration as well as finding the way to imprint character to the little protagonists. It just makes my day and I love the result 🥰.
.
Hope you like it.

Hey it’s me! Posting again after a long time!! T Hey it’s me! Posting again after a long time!! This weeks away have been a mixture of C*vid, trying to recover from it and working, so I literally did not have any strength left to draw or post here…
.
Anyway, although quite late, this is my interpretation of Mimi’s Illustration Club for the January prompt “Fresh Start”.
.
I had lots of fun imagining the scene and the interaction between the ants, the ladybug and the newly formed butterfly. In addition, I think that, for the first time, I have started playing with the textures and not being “afraid” of layering them. I am quite happy with the result and I can see my improvement (although little) day by day.
.
Hope you like it.
